Diletta Goglia

I am a Computational Social Scientist, working at the intersection of NLP, Network Science, and Psycholinguistic. My research focuses on developing computational methods for the social sciences, with the goal of understanding and modeling persuasion in online social communication. Specifically, my research aims at identifying, mitigating, and preventing harmful online behaviors that affect vulnerable users, contributing to Social Cybersecurity in critical domains.

This requires advancing methods, models, and datasets for high-impact social applications.

I am member of the UU Information Laboratory (UU-InfoLab), of the cross-disciplinary UU Computational Social Science Lab (UU-CSSLab), and of the Nordic Society for Computational Social Science (NoSoCSS).
